We architect systems around hardware you own and software with one-time or fair licensing. The cloud and management layers we use — UniFi for networks, UniFi Protect for cameras, Synology for backups — are included with the hardware. No monthly fee to access your own gear.
- You own the hardware. UniFi gateways, switches, cameras, and Synology NAS are yours — not leased, not subscription.
- No per-device fees. Add a camera or an access point without adding a monthly license. Microsoft 365 is the one piece billed per user.
- Footage stays local. UniFi Protect records to your own NVR. No cloud subscription to keep watching your own cameras.
- Backups stay local. Synology Active Backup pulls Microsoft 365 nightly to a NAS in your office. No vendor between you and your own data.

We design, install, and maintain the whole ecosystem — your gateway, switches, Wi-Fi access points, security cameras, door access, and NVR all talk to each other and to one controller. One vendor for all of it. No more finger-pointing.

Microsoft 365 is great — until it isn't. Accidental deletions, ransomware, a compromised admin account, an expired tenant, or Microsoft's own retention policy can all wipe data that you assumed was "in the cloud, so it's safe." Under Microsoft's shared responsibility model, your data and accounts stay your responsibility.
We pair every Microsoft 365 deployment with a Synology NAS running Active Backup for Microsoft 365. Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data get pulled to your own hardware nightly. The license is free with the NAS. The data sits in your office. Everyday restores take minutes, not days.
- 3-2-1 by default. Three copies (M365 cloud + Synology + offsite snapshot), two media types, one off-site.
- Ransomware-resistant. Synology immutable snapshots are locked against changes and deletion for the protection period you set, which helps keep a clean copy out of an attacker's reach.
- Restores get tested. Quarterly we restore real data to a sandbox to prove the backups actually work. Many IT providers never do this.
- No per-user backup fees. Add staff without adding a backup license. You only plan for more storage as your data grows.

Some problems don't have a good off-the-shelf answer. We build web apps around the way your business actually runs, and host them in Microsoft Azure, in an account your business owns.
- You own it. The source code and the Azure account are yours. If we ever part ways, the app stays with you.
- One sign-in. Your team uses the Microsoft 365 accounts they already have, so access ends when an account is turned off.
- Hosting costs up front. Azure bills monthly based on usage. We'll estimate that cost before we build anything.
