We architect systems around hardware you own and software with one-time or fair licensing. The cloud and management layers we use — UniFi for networks, UniFi Protect for cameras, Synology for backups — are included with the hardware. No monthly fee to access your own gear.

Microsoft 365 is great — until it isn't. Accidental deletions, ransomware, a compromised admin account, an expired tenant, or Microsoft's own retention policy can all wipe data that you assumed was "in the cloud, so it's safe." Microsoft tells you in their own service agreement: you're responsible for your own backups.
We pair every Microsoft 365 deployment with a Synology NAS running Active Backup for Microsoft 365. Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data get pulled to your own hardware nightly. The license is free with the NAS. The data sits in your office. Restore in minutes, not days.
- 3-2-1 by default. Three copies (M365 cloud + Synology + offsite snapshot), two media types, one off-site.
- Ransomware-resistant. Synology immutable snapshots can't be encrypted by attackers — even if they get domain admin.
- Restores get tested. Quarterly we restore real data to a sandbox to prove the backups actually work. Most MSPs never do this.
- No per-user backup fees. Add staff and your backup cost stays the same. The NAS handles it.
